We have a lovely furnished bedroom in our home in Greystones. Rental is available for a short term let of up to a year max, perfect for the likes of someone on a working holiday. Additional cost of shared gas/electricity bills (internet/bins included). Room has built in wardrobe/drawers, bathroom is shared with us + an extra toilet downstairs. There is a shared lounge, separate kitchen/dining area and small backyard space. street parking only is available outside property. Location is ~30mins walk to the DART station/town but there is a bus stop <5 mins walk away that goes to the station every 30mins and supermarket/other shops 5 mins walk away too. About us: You would be sharing with a Kiwi/British couple, both 30 and full-time working - I go into the office everyday and my partner works hybrid (WFH 3x/week). We have been living in Ireland for 2-3 years and love to travel as often as possible as well as keeping a busy social/sporting life outside of work. Hoping to find someone likeminded!
