(An early move-in starting on the 2nd is also possible) - Monthly rent is €1,095. Bills are not included. - An office desk and chair are provided - Free gym, residents’ lounge, bicycle storage and parcel delivery are available within the apartment complex. - Tesco is a 5-minute walk. Aldi, Dunnes, Lidl, SuperValu, Penneys, and local pubs and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. - Bus stop is a 7-minute walk and Dún Laoghaire DART station is a 15-minute walk away. - No pets, non-smokers only, and no overnight guests. You will be sharing the apartment with a female working professional in her 30s. Looking for a female housemate who is considerate (no parties) and can keep the apartment clean and tidy.
