No smoking or pets allowed in the house. Bills are paid monthly, not included in rent; shared equally - gas,electricity, internet + waste. We enjoy peacefull and quiet atmosphere in the house and wish to maintain it. We have a cleaning schedule which we are strict about. Gay friendly. One month's rent + deposit required.
