This is a very clean and quiet house so like minded people need only apply, it is not a party house! It is a non smoking household .Rent is payable one month in advance plus a security deposit equal to rent is also payable. This deposit is refundable when vacating provided the room has been cleaned to the standard it was taken in, no damages and one month notice of leaving has been given. Working from home is not permitted and please note there is no WIFI. All other utility bills are included in the rent.
