I'm looking for a lovely person to come and share my rental home with me! Ideally female in 30s/40s, working full time, someone clean and tidy, who likes to keep a nice home and may enjoy the occasional glass of wine I am a working professional office based in the city, and enjoy weekends pottering around the house and surrounding area. This is lovely house in a mature estate in Blackrock. Big back garden, parking in driveway and on street included. Large double room, furnished, with built in wardrobes. Main bathroom with electric shower and downstairs loo. 2 sitting rooms and lots of storage! Bills are gas, electricity, bins and Internet. Split 50/50.
