My wife and I are renting one large en-suite double room in a lovely large semi-detached period property with 4 bedrooms (one used as an office). No other tenants. The house is located in a gated property which has only one other house. Plenty of room for secure parking. Medium-sized garden to the front and back with a nice back patio area for sitting outside. Property includes three bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower), a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The cover picture shows the double bedroom, which has plenty of space and an ensuite shower and toilet (teddy bear is optional!)
