You will be sharing the apartment with a working professional in their early 40s and a little friendly dog. The location is right behind the new Central Bank & Sales Force and a 3 minute walk to the Spencer Docks LUAS station. Dublin Bus N4, G1, G2 and 151 routes running by the development. The Dart Docklands station is also a 2 minute walk. Aircoach and Dublin Express to and from the airport are a few minutes of walk by the 3 Arena and The Point Village stops. Dublin City center is about 20 mins within walking distance. The rental term initially is 6 months, with the possibility to extend. Please note, there isn't a car parking space with the room, but there is on/off street parking options in the vicinity. All bills - electricity, gas for hot water and heating system, Sky WIFI / TV and management service charges (recyclable and non recyclable waste, compostable waste, bottle disposal etc) are not included in the rent and are shared in two ways.
