Attic room on the third floor with view overlooking the Dublin mountains. House: Spacious 3 floor house. Shared kitchen & sitting room/dining room space. Sitting room/dining room has a TV with all the apps to your hearts desire (netflix, amazon etc.). Garden with furniture. Housemates: Living with three lovely housemates aged 30-37. Queer friendly. 2 women, one man. We are a house where everyone gets on well and respects each other and the space. Home office: Home office set up in room Furnished: Room is furnished as it is a short term sublet. Bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, desk & chair, monitor etc. Personal items i.e. clothes, bedding, instruments etc. will be removed. Transport: Bus 14 goes from just across the road; green luas line is a 20 minute walk away Cleaning: Weekly cleaning schedule, one person cleans shared areas per week and we collectively pay a cleaner every 2-3 weeks Cost: Price exclusive of bills (internet, heating/electricity, bins, cleaner fee) Looking for: Looking for someone chill and respectful aged circa 27-37 who is used to living in shared houses.
