Just a short walk to the marina, about 25 mins walk to the city centre, and very frequent bus route. Available for a tenant, that is clean, social (although not too social) and respectful, to share with 3 others (4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms). We are two males and one female, in our mid thirties to forty easy-going, friendly, tidy and all round pleasant! Unfortunately the room is only available until the 11th of March, can be flexible about move in during October. (bed is not included with the room, but previous tenant said it can be for an additional €100, only a few months old) Please contact us via email.
