Double Room with Ensuite Available in Terenure Village A bright and spacious double room with a private ensuite bathroom is available in a three-bedroom house, located in the heart of Terenure Village. The room is fully furnished (double bed, ample storage) and gets plenty of natural light. The house has two other bedrooms, another bathroom (shared by the other two flatmates), a kitchen, living room, and outdoor terrace area (shared with neighbours). Right in the centre of Terenure Village, the house is just a short walk from a wide range of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops. The centre of Dublin is easily accessible via frequent bus routes. You'll be sharing with two friendly and respectful housemates (late 20s/early 30s) in a clean, relaxed, and well-maintained home. The room will be available from 1st July, and the rent is 700 EUR per month, excluding bills (which are not very high).
