Sharing with just 2 s (30s and 20s) who are both busy and keep to themselves. Room for ONE-PERSON, only. Nonsmoker. CLEAN and quiet . Clean-as-you-go in the common spaces all the time. Must observe house rules all the time. Weekly alternate in cleaning of common spaces (kitchen, hallway, stairs). Location: - 2min walk to Lidl - 3min walk to citywest campus luas stop - 3min walk to bus stops for 77a (city), 65b (city), 175 (UCD) - 5min walk to citywest business park - 8min walk to shopping centre (Dunnes etc.) and Circle K House: - TV in room and fibre internet - 24hrs water/ heating - Up-to-date appliances This is a private, owner occupied house: Strictly no party allowed. No overnight guest. No smoking or drinking inside the house. There is a tiny chihuahua which lives in the kitchen. She loves all people, zero aggression. References will be required.
