All bills included in the rent price (electricity, internet, bins). 6 months rent term, with possibility of renewable. Sharing with 2 females (30s and 20s) who are both busy and keep to themselves. NON-SMOKER only. Do not apply if you vape or do nicotine pouches, etc. We are looking for third person. CLEAN and TIDY person only. CLEAN-AS-YOU-GO in the kitchen/common spaces all the time. Must observe house rules all the time. Weekly alternate/ rota in cleaning of common spaces (kitchen, hallway, stairs). Location: - 2min walk to Lidl - 3min walk to citywest campus luas stop - 3min walk to bus stops for 77a (city), 65b (city), 175 (UCD) - 5min walk to citywest business park - 8min walk to shopping centre (Dunnes etc.) and Circle K House: - TV in room and fibre internet - 24hrs water/ heating - Up-to-date appliances This is a private, owner occupied house: Strictly no party allowed. No overnight guest. No smoking or drinking inside the house. There is a 5kg chihuahua living in the kitchen. She loves all people, so has zero aggression. References will be required.
