DO NOT APPLY if you cannot clean regularly. Must observe house rules all the time. Weekly alternate/ rota in cleaning of common spaces (kitchen, hallway, stairs). Location: - 2min walk to Lidl - 3min walk to citywest campus luas stop - 3min walk to bus stops for 77a (city), 65b (city), 175 (UCD) - 5min walk to citywest business park - 8min walk to shopping centre (Dunnes etc.) and Circle K House: - TV in room and fibre internet - 24hrs water/ heating - Up-to-date appliances This is a private, owner occupied house: Strictly no party allowed. No overnight guest. No smoking or drinking inside the house. References will be required. One month deposit and one month rent on move in date.
