# Double Room to Rent – Citywest Village Comfortable double room available in a **modern, recently built home (approximately 2–3 years old)**, located on a quiet residential street in Citywest Village. The house offers a clean, peaceful and well-maintained living environment, with excellent transport connections and local amenities within walking distance. We're looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who appreciates a relaxed household and respects everyone's privacy and personal space. ### Bathroom & Shared Facilities The tenant will have access to the bathroom, with **only the shower being shared**.
