This is a double bedroom in a two bed apartment to move in March 1st. Long term only. The room includes basic furnishing as bed, built in wardrobe with spacious space, 2 bed side tables. The rest of the apartment is furnished and sharing with 1 tenant. You will have your own bathroom as my room is ensuite. You would be sharing the apartment with 1 female from Turkey, in their mid-late 20s. I am very tidy, easy-going, and sociable person. I am looking for a person who we also can become friends with to be able to live together but respect personal space and common areas too. It’s not a party home, I work in finance only 2 days on site. The apartment comes with washing machine/dryer located in a separate utility room, dishwasher, 2 storage rooms, spacious living/kitchen area and balcony overseeing Phoenix Park. The apartment complex is well serviced with parking, a free gym, free fitness classes once a week, amenities such as rooftop and common areas, and a Spar on site. The complex is 2 minutes walking distance to the Phoenix park as its your back garden and 15 minutes walk to Heuston station (which connects to both Luas lines). There are also many bus stops beside the apartment including the 80, 69, C1, C2, C3 and C4. The apartment is in a cozy area with plenty of coffee shops, pubs, supermarkets and restaurants and has a Spar on site.
