We’re looking for a friendly and clean person to join our modern apartment in Clancy Quay complex. Sharing the space with two easy-going professional gals in their late 20s/ early 30s who love a mix of socialising and downtime, all while keeping the apartment cozy and tidy! Before applying, please note: - No Pets. The bathroom is shared with one other person and is kept very clean at all times. About the Apartment: - Fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a balcony perfect for relaxing. - Utilities not included in the rent. Electricity, heating, WiFi bills are equally divided among the housemates – bill amount shared though WhatsApp each month and is approximately 50 euro per month. Amenities: - Recycling, General and Organic waste bins (incl. in rent) in apartment block collected every Tues/Wednesday. - On-Site fully equipped gym with fitness classes available included in monthly rent. - Office Pods in Amenities Building for WFH included in rent. - Cinema, Games Room, BBQ/ Terrace available to book for free - 24-Hour Security - Maintenance and Repair Requests - easy and prompt maintenance services available through Clancy Quay app. - Secure Underground Parking available if you have a car.
