This is a double bedroom in a three bed apartment available from Feb 1st. The room includes basic furnishing and the rest of the apartment is furnished by the sharing tenants. You would be sharing the apartment with two professional males in their mid-late 30s. We are very tidy, easy-going, and enjoy being sociable. The apartment comes with washing machine/dryer located in a separate utility room, dishwasher, storage room, spacious living/kitchen area and balcony. The apartment complex is well serviced with parking, a gym, amenities such as rooftop and common areas, and a Spar on site. The complex is 2 minutes walking distance to the Phoenix park and 15 minutes to Heuston station (which connects to both Luas lines). There are also many bus stops beside the apartment including the 26, 69, C1, C2, C3 and C4. The apartment is in a cozy area with plenty of coffee shops, pubs, supermarkets and restaurants and has a Spar on site.
