Viewings Monday 29th and Thursday 2nd of October. It’s quite a unique spacious 2 bed apartment. There is ample shared spaces with a downstairs and upstairs living room. Plenty of space to work from home. There is also 2 storage rooms. The rent for the ensuite double room is 1250per month (or 1350 for couples) Bills should be around 60euro per month per person. Clancy quay is a managed estate and provides plenty of amenities: on site gym (that’s free for tenants), a package office, bookable event and working space. You can find a full list on their website. This apartment does not allow pets. In the estate there is an Italian restaurant, a 3fE and a spar. Most other amenities are in Kilmainham village (10min walk) - the foodcoop is really nice. The next biggest super market is the super value which is a 30min walk. There are a lot of really nice parks around if you like being outdoors. Public transportation connection into town is great with the 69 running right out the door and the 26 / C1/C2 etc running ever 5-15minutes are ~10 minute walk away. It takes about 30min including the walk to get into the centre. You’ll be sharing the place with a working professional, late 20s. I like jazz dancing, boardgames/videogames and being outdoors though now it’ll probably be more getting cozy with tea and a crochet project. I’m pretty easy going and like to have a sociable apartment. The management will need to approve any application and will require references, employment and bank statements etc. In your application please include when you would like to move in, some information about yourself (interest etc or how you like to spend a Sunday evening ) and what’s important to you in a house share.
