Large double room available from November 1st sharing a 3 bed apartment with 3 other people (two males, one female). Sharing a bathroom with one male. Suitable for hybrid working. Looking for someone friendly, respectful and very clean. We are all in our thirties and working in corporate/ food service environments. We like to hang out a have a drink/ watch a movie when we're all free so are looking for someone who will fit in nicely. Bills average about €50p/m, €100 admin fee required by the lettings agent to add a new tenant to the lease. Gym onsite, 24 hour security, heuston luas and stops for the c1-6, 69 and 80 buses all walking distance. No pets or smoking in the apartment. Minimum 1 year stay.
