Single room with double bed, smart TV and own bathroom (not ensuite but across the hall) to rent in newly renovated semi-detached house for quiet, tidy, respectful female. Room for a desk if required. First time renting room out – mattress fully encased. No overnight guests. Living with quiet plain-speaking owner in her mid-40s who sleeps / showers upstairs – tenant bedroom and bathroom is downstairs along with shared kitchen etc – bathroom very small but contains everything needed. Five night a week rental (not to include Saturday night). Trial period as want to live in a harmonious environment -- likely to offer to extend beyond six months if it feels right. Room not used when tenant is not there. €100 a month extra for bills - 1GB Virgin wifi, refuse, gas and electricity. Owner is up at 6am Monday to Friday and usually goes to bed by 10pm – somebody with a similar routine would be ideal. Use of fully-equipped kitchen, living / dining area and south-east facing large back yard. The house is in a quiet settled neighbourhood a five-minute walk from multiple bus routes – the N4 and the 104 (Collin’s Ave East) and the 27, 27a, 27b, 27x, 14, 15, 42, 43 (Malahide Road). Also less than a fifteen-minute walk from Killester DART station. M50 very accessible. Killester village a ten-minute walk. Clontarf coast approx. a twenty-five minute walk.
