The room goes fast and will be matched to someone who best suits the room and the other 2 tenants. House is owner occupied but tenants will not see landlord, tenants will have their own access areas. Tenancy subject to licence agreement and deposit. Big Single Room with double bed €450 per month. Tenants have access to the front of the house via front door. They have access to hallway, stairway, toilet & sink under stairs, toilet/sink/shower upstairs and bedrooms. Each room will have facilities such as kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge provided. The house is located in close proximity to 3-4 supermarkets with alot of meal/food options. GMIT/ATU has a canteen also. There is also alot of food delivery options from alot of providers via just-eat.ie, deliveroo and delivery from restaurant/takeaway etc. The house is a 2 minute walk to GMIT/ATU. There is also 4-5 bus stops with buses going into the city and out of the city - each bus stop a 2-3 minute walk from the house. There is 2 laundrettes in close proximity, one beside GMIT and they charge €10 for wash and dry of bag of clothes, the other facility charges €12. There is also 3-4 laundromats a few minutes away (if you have a car). Tenants would be responsible for utility charges. Tenants would be responsible for electricity for upstairs which has its own meter - cost would be quite low average €40 a month each. There is currently no broadband/internet in the house. The house is in an area where high speed broadband is available. Rooms are warm, each room is dry lined, has been insulated and has window vents, doesn't tend to be cold in the rooms. I only have 1 rule and that's to respect the house, the tenants and neighbours - no loud music or parties. Galway City is a great, cultural city with a very active nightlife. People can go mad in the city and surrounding towns with music and alcohol but just not in the house. Tenant non smoking individual preferred.
