I’m looking for someone who is similarly quiet, clean and respectful of the home. Non-smoker essential. Rent is €975 per month, including Wi-Fi and refuse, with electricity/heating bill shared separately every two months. Parking is available, with shops and amenities within walking distance and the 220 bus route nearby. A Monday–Friday let would also be considered at a reduced rate.
