We are looking for a new flatmate for our spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom house in Clay Farm, Leopardstown/Killgobbin, a modern and highly sought-after residential area in South Dublin. The house offers plenty of space and includes three bedrooms, three toilets/bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a large kitchen with an adjoining dining area. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a spacious attic providing plenty of additional storage. One of the highlights of the house is the beautiful green back garden, with an apple tree, pear tree and peach tree – a lovely place to relax when the weather is good. Clay Farm is a quiet, modern and very well-kept neighbourhood with excellent neighbours and several parks and green spaces nearby. The Luas, supermarkets and other local amenities are all within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for commuting and everyday life. We mainly speak German at home, so a German-speaking flatmate would be a great fit, but are in gerneral open to anyone who is cool and chill. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going and who would enjoy living in a friendly and relaxed shared home.
