This is a 2 bed, newly renovated apartment overlooking the West Pier in Dun Laoghaire. The apartment complex is between the Dun Laoghaire and Salthill and Monkstown stations. It has a balcony and roof terrace. The room has a double bed and double wardrobe, with access to the balcony from the room. There is a main bathroom with a shower this room would have exclusive use of. The bills would just be electricity and WiFi (amounts TBC) as bins and service charge is included in the rent. You'd be sharing with me, I'm 32, Irish and just moved back to Ireland after 6 years in London. I'm very keen to make the apartment a home, I love hosting but overall keeping the place clean, tidy and fairly chill. l'm excited to make the most of being beside the sea and exploring. I'll be working in town so the apartment would suit someone with a hybrid role as there is space in the shared living area to work from home.
