Cloghbrack Upper, Cloghbrack, Cornamona, Co. Galway

I'm looking for someone to move into a freshly renovated, cozy double bedroom. The room itself is empty apart from a new double bed, but i'm happy to provide furniture as needed. The house has a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet and a cosy living area with a fireplace, making it a comfortable place to relax after work. The shared bathroom (I do have my own bathroom and need access to the bathroom only rarely) includes a bathtub. There is a driveway with parking available, and the house is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with Lough Mask and Lough Corrib nearby. The house is in a rural location near Clonbur, making it a good base for commuting to Galway, Headford, Westport and Clifden. The surrounding area is ideal for anyone who enjoys nature, walking and outdoor activities. Please note that having your own car is absolutely essential, as public transport options are limited. As the house is owner-occupied, I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person who would enjoy sharing a home and keeping it a nice place to live. Internet and Bins are included, Electricity and Heating are shared (around 30-50€ per month) If you're interested, feel free to send me a message with a little bit about yourself. I'm happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing!
