Kerry Pike is 5 minutes from apple and less than 10 from Cork City You'll be sharing with a couple. Mid 30s. Both working full time. Easy going generally. House is in a very quiet neighbourhood so noise must be kept at a minimum. You'll have sole use of the main bathroom which has a shower and bath. House has high speed broadband, free parking, constant hot water and is very warm. Please email with a short intro of yourself if interested. Please no working from home. Bills are included in the rent.
