The house has a large kitchen, a living room, one bathroom and a lovely large back garden. It is shared with two more people (guys). The rent is 600 a month, including bills (electricity, internet, heating and bins). There is a cleaner that comes around once a week to clean the common areas, that is paid separately, and it is 15/e. Walking distance from the house: Lidl: 7min. Dunnes Stores: 3min Laya: 5min Cinema: 3 min. Bus stop to the city center (302 and 343) 7min from the house, it takes 5 min to get to the city center. Viewings can be arranged. If after visiting the house and seeing the room, you want to book it in advance for Nov onwards, deposit will be required.
