Study Room for rent. A female, non-smoker is preferred. I am looking for a housemate who is a quiet, tidy, respectful, and responsible person. The room is rented at € 525 per month for an initial 1-2 month let. One month's notice on both sides is required; given adequate notice and no issues, your deposit will be returned in full. The utility bills are not included. Responsible use of energy, heat, and light is expected; excessive and careless use may lead to additional costs. Access to the kitchen is offered on a limited basis. Commonly used household items need to be secured at your own cost or costs shared in a fair and reasonable manner as part of the household.
