Study room for rent in a family home, and a female housemate is preferred. I am looking for a housemate who is a quiet, tidy, respectful, and responsible person. The room is rented at € 550 per month for an initial 3-month let. One month's notice on both sides is required; if it is not working out for either party - failure to give adequate notice on your part will mean your deposit will not be returned. The utility bills are an additional shared expense for responsible use of energy, heat, and light; excessive and careless use may lead to additional costs. Access to the kitchen is offered on a limited basis. Currently there is no fridge storage or kitchen storage available, and all your items must be stored in the room. Supplied are bedding, a clothes horse, and use of the washing machine (on a weekly basis); if required. Any other items, and commonly used household items, need to be secured at your own cost or costs shared in a fair and reasonable manner. Careful and respectful use of mobile phones is requested at all times. There are house rules and house signage, to observe and respect. Please do share your experience of renting in a shared house.
