Close to seafront, bus stops, Clontarf village and shops. There is a sunny garden, secure parking space and an outside garage for bikes etc. The room is recently decorated, with double bed, wardrobes, carpet and space for desk. The main bathroom is across the hall, and shared with one other tenant. Suit someone who is clean and tidy, easy going and a non-smoker. Bills for electricity and heating are shared. Internet and bins are included in rent.
