The housing estate is located on Granges Road on the western side of the city, just a 5-minute drive to the city centre and in close proximity to St. Luke’s General Hospital. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to reach the central core (e.g., Kilkenny Castle or the High Street). Free parking is available, and the house is well served by public transport. A local city bus route frequently stops just outside the estate if you prefer not to walk. Kilkenny’s MacDonagh Rail Station is just a 5-minute drive away as well.
