Double room situated in a three bedroom house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. The house has a large garden, spacious kitchen, and free parking. 5 minute walk to Centra, 10 min to Tesco Express, and the 407 Bus takes you to Eyre Square every 30 mins (we are the last stop but at quiet hours it can take just 20 minutes into the city centre). We don't have WIFI so we just use our phone hotspots instead. Available for 6 months, with possibility of extension. Rent doesn’t include bills which average around €50 a month (but every effort is made to keep these to a minimum!). Heating gas can add a good bit more depending on usage during the winter months. Deposit is one month’s rent plus the first month to secure the room, you’ll be sharing with two males in their mid-30s and a landlord reference is preferable.
