The two student bedrooms and shared bathroom are located together on the second floor, separate from the homeowner's own accommodation, giving students their own dedicated space and greater privacy. The bathroom is shared with just one other student. The room is fully furnished with bed, large built-in wardrobe, study desk and chair, full-length mirror and bedside locker. €700 per month including bills. Deposit €350. Rent includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen and towels provided weekly, and basic household items. Excellent location for University of Galway. A city bus stop is directly outside the gate, with the 410, 411 (City Direct) and 412 providing direct services to University of Galway and Eyre Square. Dunnes, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, gyms and other amenities are also nearby. A friendly non-shedding dog lives in the house.
