Tidy house in nice and safe location on family estate. House has a bike stand if you wish to park a bicycle. Bus Routes (411 & 412 & 405), 10 minutes to NUIG. New carpets, paint, appliances, beds, desks, etc.. Oil heating / Immersion / Washing Machine / Dryer. House newly insulated for lower heating bills. Nice well maintained house with nice back yard. Clean & tidy house in quiet area and safe family estate. Safe location w/security camera at front of house. Rubbish bins and WIFI are included, paid by landlord.
