Close to Clybaun Hotel and NRG Gym/Leisure Center, Gateway shopping centre, Aldi, Lidl and Salthill Beach. STUDENT house with use of kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Front door key & bedroom key provided. Tidy house in nice and safe location on family estate. House has a bike stand if you wish to park a bicycle. Bus Routes (411 & 412 & 405), 10 minutes to NUIG. New carpets, paint, appliances, beds, desks, etc.. Oil heating / Immersion / Washing Machine / Dryer. House newly insulated for lower heating bills. Nice well maintained house with nice back yard. Clean & tidy house in quiet area and safe family estate. Safe location w/security camera at front of house. Rubbish bins and WIFI are included, paid by landlord. Electricity and oil heating bills to be shared. (Solar panels now installed so Bills will be very low). Sorry - No Smoking/Vaping & No Pets & No Parties.
