With very close proximity to GMIT, Merlin park hospital, Galway clinic, GP's, pharmacy, Lidl, Tesco are at a walking distance too. Buses 402 (from Merlin Park hospital to University Hospital Galway and Knocknackara) and 409 (Eyre sq to Parkmore Ind Estate) are near also (10min walk). Important! Room has a patio door to the garden with a key that opens on both sides and a locked gate too that opens on either side which I will explain. Storage space mostly in the bedroom (space underneath the double bed is H35x140xL200cm), kitchen, both halls (the main one will fit some furniture even but no storage in hot press. The brown chair I can remove but i need to leave the desk and white chair. Of course you move things around in the bedroom whatever suits. Bicycles need to be kept outside underneath the bicycle covers. Sharing Gas heating and electricity bills (depending on the usage) and WIFI (e35). Amenities: electric shower, washing machine, tumble-dryer, microwave, electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle, iron. Available from 16th of Feb. Viewing from today until 5th of Feb. Parking at the front for 2Cars. No pets (at all) or indoor smoking. For 6 months first, it can be prolonged after we are all happy. note. *It is messy at the moment due to another person's stuff ans my ones too which i will remove later so please refer to the photos but of course you are welcome to view it. In general most space will be available in the bedroom, some storage units will fit in the hall and there's also a shelving unit in the small hall to share. Kitchen has all the pots and pans and utensils needed. It's not a party place but of course you can be living in normally.
