Monday to Friday only, so preferably for students returning home at weekend. Owner occupied. Large double bedroom with desk. Located 5 minute walk from Mary immaculate college, 15 min walk to city centre and Crescent shopping centre. Not ensuite but will have use of own bathroom. All bills, Internet, gas, electricity, bins, included. We also have a cat, so ideally someone who likes cats. Please provide some information about yourself when replying to ad. Currently only available to rent for 3 months, but with possibility of extension. 1 month's deposit required.
