Garden and bike storage shed to the rear. Rent is €400pm for single room which is equivalent to €92pw. (400 x 52 / 12= 92) and €500pm for double room which is equivalent to €115pw (500 x 52 / 12 = 115) Sharing with students and bills are split equally, estimated as follows per person: Wi-fi 10pm (fixed cost) Refuse/Recycling 5pm (fixed cost) Electricity 25pm (variable cost but this is a reliable estimate) Heating oil 25pm (variable cost - depending on winter weather and how warm you would like the house) When replying, please provide as much information about yourself as possible.
