Looking for someone for 6 months minimum but can be longer if required. Located less than 10 minutes walk from SETU (formerly CARLOW I.T) and 15 minutes from town centre. House features all usual features including oven + 4 ring hob, electric grill, rice cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, iron + ironing board. Internet is 1Gb unlimited Wi-Fi. Large garden to the rear. Rent is €400pm for single room which is equivalent to €92pw. (400 x 52 / 12= 92) Sharing with mix of male bills are split equally, estimated at €70 per person per month as follows: Wi-fi €10p/m (fixed cost) Refuse/Recycling €5p/m (fixed cost) Electricity €25p/m (variable cost but this is a reliable estimate) €10p/m Cleaner Heating oil €20 p/m (variable cost - depending on winter weather and how warm you would like the house) When replying, please provide as much information about yourself as possible.
