The double room is for 1 ONLY and is ONLY available for 16 weeks - 5 May to 5 September 2026. The room is rented to a student between those dates. Please don't respond if you are looking for longer or more people as I won't be able to answer. 1 X shared bathroom Owner occupied, clean, warm, semi-detached house in older and quiet residential area. Owner and daughter are living in the house. All bills included-WIFI, electric, bins. The heating is not switched on until October. Small kitchen for cooking light meals. 15 minute walk to city centre. Close to super valu, leisure centre, and to all buses including buses to UL, Raheen, TUS and MIC.
