This would be particularly suitable for a student whose family home is outside Dublin and who needs a comfortable Dublin base while attending college during the week. Monday-to-Friday arrangement This accommodation is specifically offered for the student academic cycle and is not intended as permanent seven-day accommodation. The precise academic dates and weekly arrival/departure arrangements will be agreed in advance. As this is an owner-occupied home with shared facilities, the accommodation will be provided under an agreed licence arrangement, with reasonable house rules covering matters such as cleanliness, noise, visitors, use of shared areas and general consideration within the home. The house rules and accommodation terms will be provided and agreed before moving in so that expectations are clear for both parties.
