Description
Large double room to rent in house based on a small farm. Room is not ensuite but tenant will have main use of the homes main bathroom as other rooms are ensuite. Non smoking home. Please note the house is very rural, with no public transport. 10 mins from both Gowran and Graignemanagh. Two female (1 is owner) occupants at present. One small dog lives in the house too. Small TV room available. House not suited to . Must be clean and tidy, and have references available. Call between 4pm and 7pm or text at anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
