Hi Everybody, Nice people wanted to share a nice 5 bedroom house with some cool people. Available en-suite double room for a person 175€ for 2 people or a couple €200 in 5 bed house and a large single for 125€ where the main bathroom is shared with 1 other. We split bills as they come in (about 10€ on average per person per week over the year). There will be a total of 5/6 plus you in the house. At the moment 3 Irish and 1 Argentinian from mid 20s to mid 30s mostly working and finishing up studies. The house is strictly non smoking and at the Santry/Whitehall end of Beaumont. We are a 2 minute walk to shops, 12 minute walk to Beaumont Hospital, close to m50, Dublin Airport, shopping centres and DCU is about 15/20 minute walk. By bus/bike (1, 14,16, 41, 33) we are 20 mins from city centre (not rush hour!! and 55 minute walk if that's what you are into). We have a fully fitted kitchen everything you may need for cooking and a very comfortable living room with UPC fiber broadband and free to air tv. There is also a nice park in-between the house and DCU.
