My roommate has moved out so we're looking for someone to replace him for the remainder of the lease (2 months), then there may be the option to stay for a year when the lease is extended (please note that this can't be guaranteed). We're all aged 22-24, studying in Trinity or working. The house is very close to several bus routes to the city centre (16, 41, 14, 33, 1), a 2 minute walk to Supervalu and is also near the Omni shopping centre. This place would be ideal for a DCU student since it's a very short cycle away. The ideal applicant would be a sociable/friendly student or young worker. Since it's a shared room, please don't apply if you are not male. Rent is €602 p/m, deposit is €300. Utilities are not included, all bills are split 6 ways. The room is available immediately.
