Bedroom is on the first floor and shares a Bathroom with one other female guest. Bathroom contains; shower, 2 wash-hand basins, and toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor to be used as may be needed. The owners / hosts have their own bathroom. All utility bills are included in the rent. (electricity, heating, wi-fi, refuse) Property is located 10 minutes’ walk to Beaumont Hospital, 25 minutes’ walk to DCU and short walk to OMNI & Artaine Castle shopping centres. On direct bus routes to city centre (25 mins), the Airport (25 mins) and DCU (15 mins). It is also located only a few minutes walk to a host of local small shops and Supermarket including Post Office, Pharmacy, Hair Stylists, Cafe's, MACE, SuperValu, and two large Pubs. This quite leafy road is a safe place to walk at any-time and is home to lovely friendly and helpful residents.
