We have a spacious room at Coppinger Wood in Blackrock. The room faces the garden, has plenty of sunlight and is equipped with a bed, cupboard, desk and chair. You will have access to your own toilet on the ground floor. It’s a 2-storey/4-bedroom corner house with a front, back and side garden, and plenty of parking space. The house comes with a spacious kitchen, living and dining room. The house is centrally heated and comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. You will be living with three males in their early 30s. We are laid back and tidy and looking for someone easy-going, friendly and very clean. The room is available from 10th October 2025. Location: Blackrock, Dublin The house is a 10-minute walk away from the nearest bus stop (Stillorgan) 10-minute walk from UCD Smurfit 12-minute walk from Stillorgan Shopping Centre (Tesco, Lidl) 14-minute walk from Newtown Park Shopping Centre (Dunnes) 20-minute walk from Blackrock Village and Frascati Shopping Centre (Aldi, Supervalu) 25-minute walk from Blackrock Dart Station Rent: €950 per month Deposit: One month's rent in advance The room will be available for an initial period of four months, with the potential for the stay to increase further to 12 months. To keep things chill at home, guests or family visits are kept to a minimum - occasional exceptions are no problem. Just a heads-up: the room is available for sub-letting only.
