Important Information – Please Read Before Applying: No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any smoking indoors will result in immediate notice to vacate. No pets permitted. This is a temporary rental – the tenancy will be renewed every 4 months. Applicants must provide work references and previous landlord references.
