Ideally located close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line City West Shopping Centre Stop. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €180 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.
