We have a bright and spacious double ensuite room available in a welllookedafter fourbedroom detached house in Corbawn Grove, Shankill. The room comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed and a desk. The house has a cosy fireplace, a big living room, and a really nice back garden. Locationwise, it’s great: only a 4minute walk to the DART, about 8 minutes to the main supermarket, and around a 7minute drive to the M50. You’ll be sharing with three sound, easygoing lads aged from midtwenties to late forties. Everyone works fulltime on a hybrid basis, so the house is generally quiet, relaxed, and easy to live in during the week and at weekends.
