Hello, I'm renting this apartment and I'm looking for someone to rent the second room. The person taking the room does not not have to go on the lease but the letting agency *will* phone your references like they did for me. Either male or female. Apologies but only for individual occupancy. It is a very convenient place, above TKMaxx. The apartment is quieter as it is not looking on the street. It has a balcony of its own. The room has an ensuite bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bathtub also. Car parking is not available. I myself am also paying the same rent for my room. I also have my own bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. If you're interested in a viewing, click the link below. Wifi and electricity bills are not included and are shared bills. However the bins, recycling and glass are included.
