House is 5 mins walk from train station, bus stop, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Handy location for anyone travelling to Sligo as right next to N4 and only 35 mins drive there. No parties, just a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rent includes bins & WiFi. The heating oil and electricity bills will be split separately. There is a deposit of of €200 required.
